An ultra rare bottling by Signatory Vintage, this one being numbered 100 of 151 from cask number 687, distilled in 1968 and bottled as a 31 year old in 2000. The distillery was built in the Northern Highlands in 1965 and dismantled less than 12 years later and will probably go down in history as the briefest lifespan of a malt whisky distillery. With very few casks ever been released on the open market, from what as been described as a highly distinctive malt, any bottling from this distillery is going to be highly sought after. Please note the level of whisky in the decanter is as intended and is not low level due to evaporation etc.
