My oh my, feast your eyes upon this incredible half-a-century-old Craigellachie from Gordon & MacPhail.

This radiant 50 year old Speyside single malt was laid to sleep at the Craigellachie distillery on the 12th February 1970 and bottled for G&M’s super-elite Private Collection on the 4th November 2020.

Drawn from first fill American hogshead number 1610 at a natural cask strength 44.7% ABV, this ultra exclusive release is one of a scant 13 (T-H-I-R-T-E-E-N) decanters that comes housed in a beautifully crafted timber presentation case with tasting notes and COA insert.

Glendronach 1979 17yo SMWS 96.3

This incredible 17 year old sherry bomb of a Speyside single malt was laid to rest at the Glendronach distillery in May 1979 and bottled for The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, under society cask number 96.3, in September 1996.

This highly desirable rarity was filled at a natural cask strength 51.9% ABV and was awarded with a 'truly benchmark' 93 points on the acclaimed WhiskyFun site.

Glenugie 1978 14yo SMWS 99.1

This outrageously rare 14 year old Highland single malt was laid to sleep at the Glenugie distillery in April 1978, which has been closed since 1983, and bottled as their inaugural release from The Scotch Malt Whisky Society in October 1992.

Yielded from society cask number 99.1, this sherry matured beauty was bottled at a natural cask strength 60.5% ABV.

Highland Park 1965 37yo, John Scott’s 2003 Bottling

Highland Park 1965 37yo John Scott

This extraordinarily rare 37 year old Orkney single malt was laid to rest at the Highland Park distillery in 1965 and bottled for John Scott & Miller Ltd under their John Scott's label.

This release is one of just 12 single casks that were laid down in the 1960's by Robert Firth Miller, former proprietor of John Scott & Miller Ltd. The name John Scott, which was the original name of the company, was featured on shop bottling's of Highland Park up until 1955.

Charged from single Sherry cask number 8409 at a natural strength 42.2% ABV, this heavily Sherried stunner is one of only 75 bottles that were bottled in conjunction with Duncan Taylor & Co. Ltd in 2003.

Lochside 1966 32yo SMWS 92.7

A sensational 32 year old Highland single malt that was produced at the Lochside distillery in March 1966 and bottled for The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, under society cask number 92.7, in September 1998.

Bottled at a natural cask strength 61.2% ABV, this heavily Sherried malt was awarded a massive 93 points from the WhiskyFun critics and is described by The Society as 'Kaleidoscopic richness'.

Production sadly ceased at this Highland distillery in 1992 making this one hell of a collectors item.

Longmorn 1964 46yo Private Collection

A spectacular 46 year old Speyside single malt that was laid down at the Longmorn distillery on the 27th March 1964 and bottled for Gordon & MacPhail's prestigious Directors' Private Collection range in June 2010.

Filled from first fill Sherry hogshead number 1534 at a natural cask strength 51.9% ABV, this is one of just 164 ultra rare bottles that comes in superb condition and complete with original presentation case.

Longmorn 1969 30yo Old Malt Cask

This captivating 30 year old Speyside single malt was laid down at the Longmorn distillery in September 1969, before being bottled especially for Douglas Laing's Old Malt Cask series in November 1999.

Bottled at the series preferred strength 50% ABV, this is one of only 191 bottles that scored a whopping 95 points on WhiskyFun - their highest ever score for a Longmorn malt!

This ultra rare 15 year old Highland single malt was laid to rest at the Oban distillery in February 1980 and bottled for The Scotch Malt Whisky Society in February 1995.

Springbank 1950 30yo Cadenhead

This outstanding vintage Campbeltown single malt was laid down in December 1950 at the Springbank distillery and bottled by Wm Cadenhead in their familiar dumpy style bottle in December 1980.

Drawn from cask at exactly 30 years old, this hugely collectible malt is incredibly rare and esteemed.

St. Magdalene 1964 15yo, Cadenhead Dumpy

St Magdalene 1964 15yo Cadenhead

This ultra rare 15 year old Lowland single malt was laid down at the St. Magdalene (Linlithgow) distillery in February 1964 and bottled by Wm Cadenhead Ltd in their legendary dumpy style bottle way back in May 1979.

This highly sought after Pure Malt was awarded a humongous 94 points (and their favourite St. Magdalene expression honour) from the experts at WhiskyFun and comes in good condition with a high-neck fill level.

This one firmly belongs in the Scotch whisky Hall of Fame!
