This insanely rare bottling of Bowmore was bottled in 1979 to commemorate 200 years since the opening of the famous distillery.

Regarded by some experts as one of the best Bowmore malts ever; this legendary expression is the rarer-than-rare version that was distilled in 1964 and matured in Sherry casks before being bottled in 1979 in preparation for the momentous Bicentenary celebrations.

Bottled in an ancient replica decanter, this superb piece of Islay history scored a colossal 95 points on Whiskyfun and comes complete with original presentation case, COA and cork stopper.
