This very rare Bowmore malt was bottled in 1979 especially to commemorate the bicentenary of the legendary Islay distillery.

Matured in sherry casks, this vintage beauty was bottled at a cask strength 56.2% / 98.8 proof for the Italian importers, Fecchio and Frassa.

Don't let the damaged label put you off this liquid gold, as we can guarantee this one is not all about the looks! A statement backed up by the folks over at WhiskyFun, whom awarded this a stratospheric 96 points!
