Product Details

This super 39 year old Lowland single grain was laid down at the Caledonian distillery on the 3rd November 1980 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their Private Collection on the 12th August 2020.

Yielded from refill American hogshead number 92569 at a natural strength 55.4% ABV, this is one of a only 111 bottles that comes housed in a beautiful ribbed decanter with fine oak presentation case and COA.

Caledonian was permanently closed in 1988 and the site was demolished and renovated into residential housing a decade later.
