Product Details

This superb limited release Islay single malt was laid down at the Caol Ila distillery in June 1979 and, after maturing for 40 long years, was bottled for Douglas Laing's Xtra Old Particular range in November 2019.

Charged from single refill hogshead number 13741 at a natural strength 50.1% ABV, this fabulously rare malt is one of just 232 bottles that comes with fine wooden presentation case, glass stopper decanter and COA.
