Product Details

This ultra rare 27 year old Speyside single malt was laid down at the Dailuaine distillery in November 1962 and bottled for the cask strength Authentic Collection from Wm Cadenhead in December 1989.

Drawn from oak cask at a natural strength 50.8% ABV, this malt is taken from one of the first distillations after the refurbishment of the distillery in 1960 after a fire had damaged the site in 1959 - their second travesty following the raging fires that destroyed the structure of the distillery in 1917.
