This undisclosed Speyside single malt whisky was bottled to commemorate the 'Yes' vote for a new Scottish parliament on the 11th September 1997.

This limited edition Devolution Dram was drawn from just 25 casks that were specially commissioned by Arthur J. A. Bell, aka The Whisky Connoisseur, and comes with original wooden presentation box.
