Product Details

This ultra rare 15 year old Speyside single malt was distilled at Glen Elgin in the early-1970's and specially bottled in 1988 for The Manager's Dram series.

Drawn from single Sherry cask at a natural strength 60.2% ABV, this superlative malt scored a colossal 94 points on WhiskyFun and was signed by Distillery Manager, R. J. Grant, on the 28th January 1988.

The Manager's Dram was chosen annually in competition from United Distillers distillery Managers, where a blind nosing would eventually determine the overall winners from over 100 of the finest whiskies.
