Product Details

This 15 year old Speyside single malt was distilled at the Glenburgie distillery in January 1978 and bottled for The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, under society cask number 104.1, in August 1993.

Bottled as their inaugural SMWS release at a natural strength 62.4% ABV, this rarity was distilled in special 'Lomond Stills' at the Glenburgie distillery. These stills, which were housed at the distillery from 1956 until 1981, produced a whisky we know now as Glencraig.

Note, although in very good condition, the brand name has been written in pen in the top left corner of the label - see image for detail.
