A very rare vintage Speyside single malt that was laid down pre-World War II in 1937 at The Macallan distillery and bottled at 70 proof and 26 2/3 Fl. Oz's during the 1970's.
This UK bottling from Gordon & MacPhail scored a wonderful 91 points with the folks at WhiskyFun and is regarded as an extremely collectible relic.
The labels have been severely discoloured due to the age of this bottle, but this is all about what's beyond the stickers on a bottle! The fill level is lower neck - fine details can be viewed on the image inset.
