Product Details

This fabulous Speyside single malt was laid to rest at The Macallan distillery in 1957 and bottled for the UK market at 80 proof by one of the distillers' official bottlers in the 1960's and 1970's - Campbell, Hope & King of Elgin.

This incredibly rare Macallan vintage was matured in Sherry wood and is highly sought after, especially given the infrequency that bottles of this kind are available on the open market!

The labels have taken a bit of a battering over the malts advancing years, but assuming you aren't purchasing this sherried beast to sit and look at, it still represents top value. The fill level is lower neck, further detail can be viewed on the image inset.
