Product Details

This sherry-casked Speysider was distilled at The Macallan in March 1977 and bottled as an 10 year old for The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, under society cask number 24.8, in February 1988.

This was the first of a run of 3 sherry casks that were secured by the Society, cask numbers 9 & 10 were to follow on. The label has slight ageing and discolourment, see the image inset.
