Product Details

This spectacular 45 year old Speyside malt was distilled in 1939 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail under their Pride of Strathspey label in the mid-1980's.

A beautiful crystal decanter supplied in a sultry red presentation case complete with stopper, whilst the label illustration is taken from the distinguished latin gospel, the "Book of Kells".

The Pride of Strathspey label is widely rumoured to be Macallan malt, and when some of the vintage Macallan distillery bottling's are so inaccessible it gives good explanation to why the popularity amongst these expressions is on the rise.
