Scapa

Scapa is an Orkney Isles single malt Scotch whisky distillery that was founded in 1885. After being mothballed in 1994 it made its comeback in 2004. It is the third most northerly Scottish distillery, after Highland Park and Wolfburn. Characteristics: well balanced, sweet and dry.
